little red itchey spots

im a 18 year old male and i have these little red spots/bumps all over my body like in the inner thighs, hands, legs .feets. i have noticed them for awhile now about at least 1 month now and they dont seem to be going away cant figure it out switched soaps and cleaned everything. i have no pets, but it seems like the more i itch the more it spreads. i dont think thats it is scabies bucause i already had the before and i no what to look for i've baan searching on the internet and nothing as really been answered.. but i do no that my ex girl friends mom had bed bugs but i've searched for the signs but still dont no and the other people that live in the house has no signs of anything so can somebody help????

when u had scabies are u itchy all day or just nite? if u dnt mind me asking

I cannot confirm anything without examination but it can be hives, allergies, insect bites, irritated hair follicles or viral rash. Take some antihistaminic like Benadryl or Claritin and apply some calamine lotion on the rash. Also wear cotton clothes and keep the skin sweat free. If the symptoms persist then please get it examined from a dermatologist.
