little unpainful bump under the skin of the penis

i have a little unpainful bump under the skin of the penis. its been there for a while and i have been embarrassed to go to the doctor about it. it sort of rolls around if i touch it, and it looks like a small disk or capsule trapped right beneath my skin. what could it be?

You should not be embarrassed about going to the doctor for a clinical eexamination.

Nothing can be said with surety without having a look at the lesions and a clinical examination.

This could be folliculitis, acne, pimples, fordyce spots or genital warts.
