How long will the scabie survive on animal or human before being able to burrow and lay eggs in a human host. I was exposed in late December.

Scabies mites only live for an hour or so off a warm host.  December is way too far away for you to be concerned, if you don't have the symptoms already.  Also, exposure means close body contact, skin to skin, either sexual or otherwise.  You don't catch it from shaking hands, hanging coats next to each other, etc.

it was a massage parlor with lots of towels. could it have lingered all this time on my body, or pets?

ps: I had a small 1 cm. circular burrow looking bite on top of my left foot.  at nite I get sensations under the covers around my feet, and a scurrying insect inside my shoe (twice)

Burrows aren't circular.  The sensations are likely from thinking about bugs.
