Not sure about what it could be but to relieve pain and itchiness, try rubbing virgin coconut oil all over. It is safe to use all over your 'down there'. If you have pain inside, you can slip some inside too. Make sure fingers are extra clean. Get well soon!

How you doing. Real talk it sounds like Psoriasis, Ive had and still got it lightly in some areas. Its itchy and annoying so i feel you. best way to do it is get out in the sun which may be hard for you right now. UV rays are what helps. Go to your local doctor and they will send you to a dermatologist then they will put you in a machine that beams UV rays at a high dosage for a short period of time. But not gunna lie, when i did it, it was three times a week. I was scheduled for 3 months but they signed me off after 2 months.

You gain it from stress, depression, anxiety and things like that. I hope you work something out and you dont have it as long. A way of covering it up slightly is moisturizer and rub it in as its basically bits of dried up areas. Its also important keep it moisturized and when you see a dermatologist (skin doctor if you didnt know) they will give you some more specialised creams. Also sun beds also not a bad shout, i didnt do it personally.

I hope ive helped any questions you got get at me, i get it.

This could be psoriasis, which is not easy to treat. See a dermatologist for a diagnosis.  Maybe it's just ringworm.
