lumps by pubic area and thighs

I've been experiencing some lumps under the skin, mainly in my inner thighs, they feel hard but they don't come up to the surface like a pimple would do.  I have tried squeezing them and half the time they don't pop or anything, sometimes when they do pop its just blood.  I've been having these problems even before i lost my virginity. Also, ive been having something similar around the pubic area,  I don't know if it might be because im overweight.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It can be due to sebaceous cysts r swollen lymph nodes or boils.
Lymphadenopathy (swollen lymph nodes) is usually caused by a viral or bacterial infection along with other numerous causes.
Sebaceous cyst is a closed sac or cyst below the surface of the skin that fills with a fatty white, semi-solid material called sebum produced by sebaceous glands of the epidermis. It is usually painless but can become painful if infected. Then antibiotics are needed.

If the symptoms do not improve then please get a clinical examination done by a dermatologist.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your dermatologist. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Women who are overweight often have this sort of problem on their inner thighs. You might try wearing an undergarment that covers the portions of the thighs that are affected to prevent them from rubbing together.
