MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It looks like irritated and infected hair follicles or boils. Folliculitis starts when hair follicles are damaged by friction from clothing or blockage of the follicle. In most cases of folliculitis, the damaged follicles are then infected with the bacteria Staphylococcus (staph).

Please keep the area clean and apply some topical antiseptics. Also wear loose-fitting cotton clothing and use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove. Avoid any kind of cosmetics. Topical antibiotics such as mupirocin or neomycin containing ointment are also useful. In case the symptoms persist then oral antibiotics and incision and drainage may be needed. Please consult a dermatologist in that case.
I hope it helps. Take care and regards.

I have dealt with this issue my entire life as well, they are like boils from ingrown hairs. I have tried many things as well and the only thing that worked for me was to NOT wear underwear anymore cause the elastic would rub my inner thigh and cause massive ingrown hairs. They are very painful and it hurts to walk. Obviously one time a month I have to wear them cause I'm a woman and I usually get a small one on the inside of my leg/groin area around that time. What I have found to help is antibiotics. My doc gives me them whenever I have a bad one and it goes away within 24 hours. Hope this helps! The other thing you could try is waxing, my sister has these as well and has found waxing instead of shaving to be much better! Good luck to you
