many white bumps on penis and sack

Im a 16 male and i have many white bumps on the penis and sack. they are moslty on the back of the penis and the places where hair grows on the sack.  ive had them for several years now and i dont know what to think. Im sorta self concience about them and hope they go away. I know they are not an STD.They dont hurt or itch either. Am i going to have these all my life?

Nothing can be said with surety without having a look at the lesions and a clinical examination.

This could be folliculitis, acne, pimples, fordyce spots or genital warts.
