how do i get this mark off of my penis head

him, umm i could help but look at this post because i have a somewhat similiar problem.

itstead of having 1, i have 5-7 on the forskin.

it is red and painful and soft.

is there anything i should do about it?

Is this something painful or itchy?

Is this red, white, or skin colored?

Is it soft or hard?

Is it well defined or with irregular borders?

Redness and pain may suggest an acute condition like an infection as an underlying cause. A painless and hard skin condition may suggest something more chronic and may need to be evaluated. although a hard penile bump may not necessarily be something that requires intervention.
