metal allergy...

I am extremely allgergic to metal...i even have to put a band aid on the back of the button of my jeans so my stomach doesn't break out and buy plastic glasses. What i am wondering is, is there anything that can be done to reduce my allergy to metal? Also i can't find any deodorant without aluminum chloride or perfume (as i am allergic to perfume and sented body wash but only in my armpits) any recomendations? I currently have an open rash in both of my underarms that subsides (but doesn't disappear completely) when i don't wear deodorant. I don't sweat but i do occasionally have a hint of body odor...what can i do!!!
