minocycline???

Hi, I had acne for several years. I used minocycle 2 years ago for 6 months and my skin cleared up tremendously. Then I stoped using it for about a year, and I noticed my acne started coming back again. This time it worse than ever! There was acne everywhere, expecially all over my checks, and i think some of them were cyst. Then I went back to my dermatologist and he gave me minocycline again, and this will be my forth month using it. I see it helping my forhead, and chin, but on my checks it's like the same. I don't want to stop using it, because i still have hope it will clear up, like it did. How long does it usually take for minocycline to clear your skin? Also, I'm using cetaphil daily cleanser everyday, in the morning and right before i go to sleep. I'm really scared it wont clear up. What should I do??? Someone please help!!!! Do you think I should use accutane, but after you stop using it, will acne come back again? I just want my face to be clear!
