mole cancer ?

Hi , my name is mayraa .... i have a mole on my nose && it's
Kinda big .... i wasn't always big ... about 2 years ago it was the size of a
Normal mole but .... it got bigger , that's my first concern.
Then when my mole got bigger ... i see brown && black on my mole.
but my latest problem is that yesterday i woke up && there was a
Pink - redish kinda pimple on my nose all over it && im scared because it really burns
Some one help pleasee ?!

This pimple can be a simple cyst under the mole but if the mole is growing bigger in size then it needs evaluation. As a thumb rule, whenever you notice changes in the mole's/mark’s color, height, size or shape, you should have a dermatologist evaluate it. You also should have it checked if it bleeds, oozes, itches, appear scaly, or become tender or painful.

I suggest you to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.
