mole or melanom ?

I found these on my back, the left one is about 12 mm (1/2 inch) and the right one 5 mm (0.2 inch). I have about 20 moles on my back, the most ones have a similar color and look normal, but I think these two look a little strange. Can it be something serious?
They do not hurt or bleed. I can't tell if they have grown.

They look like moles, not melanomas. Still, you ought to see a skin doctor who can examine and follow them. The fact that you have several that look about the same is good, but it does mean that regular follow-up by someone objective (and who can see your back better than you can) would be a good idea.
