A bleeding mole can be caused by irritation while a mole is scratched or rubbed off with the skin or clothing just like in your case. Bleeding from moles could be due to the scratched veins present. A bleeding mole may or may not pose a medical threat. It would be best to see your dermatologist for further evaluation.You could have it biopsied to ease your anxiety.
