moles removed from burning

by redred9, Mar 22, 2009 05:42AM
hi there
i have just a few days ago had two moles removed from my face via cauterization. the skins specialist assured me the scars would heal after a week, but i have gotten quite skeptical. The holes from the removal were quite deep although she didnt seem too concerned. Now the scars are scabbing, but underneath there are craters left there where the operation occurred.

I was wondering whether anyone has had a similar experience? Will the craters actually fill in with the scabbing? Should i get further advice? Keep in mind it was only done a few days ago. I am a little frightened because the craters themselves look worse than the moles.

ANY advice would be great!
