morphea treatment

I am ritesh nathani from india, my daughter kanishka  age 3 ½ year is suffering from a skin diseases   called linear morphea (localised type)on  her scalp and is extending to her left eyes, which we have come to know just 3 month back and since then it is expanding.
We have consulted to almost all the doctor , all digonouses  was done but nothing was found, but through bypsee  we came to know about this diseases(morphea).

We are worried a lot as this scar  is on her face and is expanding very fast, even her left eyes is also going  inside.

One of the doctor - has prescribe  a cream called elidel (pimecrolimus cream 1 %), which we are using since 3 month but not much improvement have been seen and still the scar  is extending.  
so please help me
