Photosensitivity may not be readily prevented by topical creams alone. It is best to avoid direct sun exposure. I know this sounds frustrating but for any forms of allergies, prevention entails avoidance of known triggers.
What type of photosensitivity reaction does your daughter have?
Bring sunblock lotions and vitamin E cream to prevent any dryness and irritation of the skin. If this is an ordinary sweat rash then OTC products may help but for allergic reactions ,it is best to just avoid any direct and prolonged sun exposures. Cover the exposed areas as much as possible. Wide brimmed hats and long beach 'dresses' may be used. Avoid bare shoulders and also carefully cover the back of the neck.
Ask your physician about this. The severity of the photosensitivity reaction may influence management.
but i will take this on board and try these lotions thanks again
