my daughter who is 7 has been having hair loss right in the middle of her scalp

i have been researching this hair loss on my 7 year daughter and it looks like black dot ringworm. How long will it take my daughter to have her hair grow back? It is starts right in the center of her scalp down to her bangs. Like a straight line and now it is turning like the letter Y.

If it indeed is scalp fungus internal antifungal antibiotics are recommended.Hair growth would be certain in a couple of months.Alopecia areata resemble this but not scaly here.Even this is treatable.
