my extended birthmark :(

since i birth .. i  had  an  extended birthmark but it was not clear when i was very young.  when i grow , it becoms very clear and cause psychological impact to me..because I'm not like most people and they always ask me ..what is this?? What is it?? Burning (Although it is normal skin , but the problem in color only)?? if not asking i notice their Overlapping amazement and pity  etc..    this is painful:(

my birthmark is >  brown color (darker than my normal and entire skin color lf my whole body). it is extended along
the left arm and left chest and covering the left side of my back... The part of the birthmark that cover the left chest have many points resembling freckle..
I do not know how I can get rid of this extended birthmark or at least lightening its color so to become not so clear..
i can't wear any cloth i want :( because of the disturbed questhions from the people..
Please help me ,,give me any useful suggestions,,cause i really need it...... I'm waiting

How old are you?

I do understand your concern. The concern is primarily aesthetic or cosmetic. Birthmarks may require surgical therapy for cosmetic reasons. However prior to this, a thorough assessment of the extent of the birthmark has to be determined. Some birthmarks invade deeper tissues and some may be vascular which may entail risk for bleeding. Other birthmarks are located in areas wherein constant pressure and friction
( eg sole of the foot) requires for their removal.

Have this assessed by your doctor. Discuss your concerns with him/her so that you will be guided accordingly
