My glan of penis is with wrinkle i dont know what it can be.
Its look very bad. Can u help me ?

The normal skin of the penis is wrinkles and unless or until there is any discharge, pain, itching or foul smell, fungal infection or any other skin condition is less likely. Use mild soaps like dove and wear cotton undergarments. If there any of the above mentioned symptoms then please consult a dermatologist.
