Wen Cucumber Aloe Cleansing Conditioner is the best at getting rid of greasy hair near the scalp. I used to use the more moisturizing Almond Mint one on the lower half of my hair, which was more dry and unhealthy. They both are better at detangling than other shampoos. You have to glop alot on and comb with a wide-toothed comb in the shower and let it sit for a couple of minutes, so it's kind of a pain, but it works to get rid of grease and detangle and if you use their ReMoist conditioner on any dry damaged ends, it will look healthy and shiny.

Hello,
There is no medical condition as such which causes oiliness of the hair.I would suggest you to clean your hair frequently with a mild shampoo(you can use the ones for oily hair) and don’t apply any conditioner on the hair. Also you can shampoo twice during each wash and apply shampoo on the scalp without piling the hair on top.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
Try Nizoral shampoo or rinse your hair in cool water with a tablespoon of white vinegar in a basin. Rinse one more time.
Maybe your city changed your water. You could try putting in a water filter
