mysterious "mosquito" bits
hi in the last week or so i have gotten these mosquito like bits that seem to apear out of nowhere they are itchy for a bit and look exactly like a mosquito bite but as they healed they kind of had a little spot in the middle , i dont know im sure there not bed bug bites or anything like that the weird thing is that my girlfriend has gotten a couple of the same "bites" im just wondering what if any disease's would have this type of symptom or am i just being paranoid??? pls respond , thank you

Refined sugars, processed or GMO food are a likely cause. It wont cause you any harm to try to eliminate these from your diet, and either way it makes you feel better overall to get a good natural, clean diet going on.
