mysterious small acne/pimple all over body

hello im a 21 year old male, ive never had any skin problem other than facial acne during my puberty and have almost no acne ever since, 3 days ago, my small pink pimples grew on my upper forearm skin, they're itchy during the night and when they first appear, then it spreads to my abdominal area and then to my upper thigh area below the buttocks. the next day..the same thing appeared on my chest.  it was like goosebumps but a little bit swollen then they started to itch, there was a bit of scarring due to my scratching..i have no clue what are they....
they look almost similar to this photo but not as worse and moist

the one at my abdominal area gets better in a day, the pimples appear and felt dry after shower, but im afraid my shoulder areas are going to be infected next since the skin felt rough as if something is going to grow there..
i have no other symptoms, my back area is clear..

Oh well, not every case begins with a herald patch, or tends to disappear when smaller ones appear.ok?

i forgot to mention that i heard pityriasis rosea starts with a big patch.there is no herald patch, larger patch or a mother patch that appeared before the little ones appear. in fact there are no patch, only these little things appear =(..oh well, i'll just have to wait what the dermatologist have to say on saturday =(

yes i will see a doctor. i already set an appointment for this saturday since it is the only time my local dermatologist is available for consultation.

i was quite scared and worried all this while since it is very unusual for a person like me, to not have any skin problems and suddenly these rashes appear, i thought i couldve got some hiv or microscopic parasite inside me. but these aren't hiv or parasites are they? =S.

are the photos clear enough? does this lead to something serious? today it didnt get worse or better but it gets more itchy the more night it is...

something close to follicutilitis , they look like goosebumps at first, very light pink in color, not itchy, as time goes, they grew, colour became a bit darker and start to itch, the largest one is approximately 3-4mm in diamater, those hard looking crust on top of the spots are due to my scratching...it is not watery although there are hints of moisture due to the injury.

today i had minimum itching, i applied INERSON(2.5mg desoximetasone) to the spots only, so far there are no major ourbreaks in other areas. some potential spots are tying to grow on my shoulders though. =(

Im not taking any new drugs and i lived my life daily as normal..could it be a parasite or fungal infection?

doesnt look like chickenpox i dont think.
are you on any new drugs? some sort of reaction/? should get it seen by doc. think you need something for it!

More like folliculitis but then the nature of spread is unusual. Could you send me the present pic?
f a vaccinated person does get chickenpox, it is called a breakthrough infection caused by a wild-type varicella virus. A breakthrough infection is usually very mild with fewer skin lesions (usually less than 50) lasting only a few days, with no fever. Breakthrough infection are believed to occur in approximately 2 percent of vaccinations per year. The rate does not appear to increase with length of time since vaccination.

im immune to chickenpox, i got the vaccine for it when i was little.. and have no fever, flu or sore throat, i also dont have any headache, im just as healthy..
do you want me to post photos of my infected areas to be precise? =(

Could be a folliculitis (miliarial) but the type it has evolved points towards chickenpox.
Do consult doc.
