mystery growths on penis?

I have a problem that been really bothering me.  Maybe its not a problem. I have noticed a few white bumps near the head of my penis but not on the head. (i have been circumsized) the are located about 2-5mm away form the head, some touch the base of the head on the underside of the penis. I think the area is called the ferenulm   there are only a couple they are very small(about the size of a pencil tip) and don't stick out much. if you squeeze them nothing comes out. they look like little white heads I have been picking at one and it looked like a tiny skin tag after much picking. they do not look like warts that i have had on my hands in the past. You can barely see them when flacid.  If you strech the skin they are easier to see. I had a dermatologist look at them and he didn't know what they are because they are so small.  Not satisfied with the anwser I went to a urologist and he said that it was not a wart and was not concerned about them and could be removed with electro cautery (spelling) if they botherd me. I went back to have it removed and there are a few more little white spots popping up in the area. Does this sound like something that Should see a thrid doctor for? Should i just take the urologists anwser and not worry so much? I have been tested for stds and i have nothing. Also my girlfriends pap test showed nothing unusual.  We have been together almost 8 months.  Sorry if this is a common questoin but it has me freaking out.  Thanks for your time and help.

Little white bumps that occur where you describe are called, "pearly penile papules."  I know this is a silly name, but it does describe them well.  These papules (bimps) are benign and non-viral.  The urologist was right.  Relax.
