I have had some tingles in my legs from my knee to my ankle for sometime and with in a two week peroid I notice that on my big toe nail had a white spot so I tried to clean my nail with a filer. When I started to clean I notice that as the filer was going underneath my nail it started to removed itself from my skin and then turn yellow in color a few days later and now it has move closer to my cutile and there is a white spot again by my cutile, What could this be. Its is a sign for something. Help someone.
