need a cure for skin irritation around crotch

For years, I've been using a hair removal cream, called Magic Shave (a hair removal cream for men, which is mainly used for men who deserve to shave their heads without getting razor bumps), to remove hair from my pubic region and my butt, and it hasn't given me any problems until a few months ago, when I began having penis problems, after I was bit during oral sex. Recently, I used the cream on my testicles, and the product greatly irritated my skin there. It's been itching constantly for the past few months, and although things like Cortaid and aloe vera add a little relief, it doesn't get rid of the itch nor the pain. Hydrocortizone and Cortisone-1 cream did nothing. Got tested for HIV, AIDS, and STDS, and the tests can back negative. Tried cutivate from the dermatologist but that didn't solve the problem, so I have 2 questions:
1) is there a cream or anything I can use to cure the irritation & itching, to solve the problem?
2) Can you recommend any shaving or grooming products to where I can remove hair from those sensitive areas, without causing the skin to itch or irritating those areas? I'm considering a electric razor but I'm open to any tips, except Nair.

Another thing I forgot to add to that post is that, I also get boils around my upper thigh, and my buttocks, whenever I shave from time to time. Is there a way to remove the boils, without having to get them lanced by a doctor, repeatedly?

Hello,
It looks like allergic contact dermatitis of the area which is causing this itching. Avoid using any lotions and creams for the meantime. Wash the area with a mild cleanser with moisturizing properties like Cetaphil. Then apply a good hypoallergenic moisturizer over the area and see if this improves. If the symptoms still persist then you can apply mild steroid and take an antihistaminic in case of itching.

For boils, Apply warm compresses and use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove. Avoid any kind of cosmetics. Topical antibiotics such as mupirocin or neomycin containing ointment are also useful. If the symptoms persist then surgical excision may be needed.
Regarding hair removal from the area, shaving can cause irritated hair follicles and ingrown hair and applying hair removal creams can cause contact dermatitis and allergies and hence should not be used.
I hope it helps. Take care and regards.
