need help: poison ivy or an std?

about three weeks ago i caught poison ivy really bad everywhere on my body.Earlier that night i had recieved unprotected oral sex.now the poison ivy is clearing up, but i noticed alot of white bumps on my penis, and it is itching along with my testicles.could the white bumps be cuased by irritation of the skin from the poison ivy, or does this sound like herpes? the dr said they wouldn't test for it unless there was vissible symptoms.i have pain in my left testicle and im waiting for the results from the gonorhhea/chlamydia tests.if you could help i would apreciate it alot. i am stressing really bad.thank you very much

They don’t sound like being due to poison ivy rash. It can be due to STD because of your history of unprotected intercourse or due to irritated small hair follicles. Apply warm compresses, Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it. You  can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen. If the lumps persist then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. yes thank you for taking the time to help with my problem.i will keep you informed and let you know how it turuns out.i got my chlamydia/gonorhhea results back and they came bcak negitive.so im assuming if it is an STD, that it's herpes.the pain has gotten worse.but i will keep you informed
