need help

Hie i have never done ANAL OR VIGANAL SEX IN MY LIFE, Just recived Oral sex 1 time in my life in 2007 Feb & after a year 2008 DEC i went for HIV, SYPHILIS & HERPES test all were NEGATIVE..i m having fungul infection from last 1 year on starting area of my Thighs & Doctor have given me Anti-Fungul cream to use ..i use it for 1 month & infection finishes & than comes back again after 1 or 2 weeks,AND IT SMELLS LIKE A ROASTED BREAD, well i m using this anti-fungul cream again on my thighs , & this time i m feelign itching on my penis head, i went to the doctor he said me to put that anit-fungul cream on penis head also & he gave me anti-allergic tablet ..CAn u tell me wat is happening?? is that  JOCK ITCH? OR its a Fungul Infection, i want to get rid of it , i m tired pls help me.

Hello,
It can be due to balanitis. Oral course of antibiotics is needed. In addition, please don’t use any cosmetics on the penis,instead use some topical antimicrobials like Bacitracin or Lotrimin. Also corticosteroids and topical immunosuppressants can be used but they are available under prescription. Also retract the foreskin daily and soak in warm water to clean penis and foreskin. In case the symptoms persist then please consult a urologist/dermatologist for evaluation and antimicrobials and steroids prescription.

Thnkz for ur reply, just wanted to ask  u 2 more things, that  there is red itchy v.v.v.small tiny pimples r there on the head of my penis looks like a red rash & when i put antifugunl cream on my penis head at night in morning my penis head is 100% clear without any rash but it comes back again in 1 or 2 days  &  left side foreskin of my penis shaft is also sometimes white & dry  frm the middle but not itchy no pale nothing & when i put water on it it comes back to normal colour.. can u tell me what is this? Does it have any concern with Yeast Infection? or its happing to me Bcoz of Fungul infection? i m soo confused pls help me.( 1 year before just it was on my Thighs starting area & near my anal area , but now after a year i m having itchy penis head , does it have concern with this fungul infection?)
