I have had Lichen Planus for about 20 years. At times its not as bad as others. This year it is particularly bad. I have tried many different treatments. The only one that seems to work is injections directly into the affeceted areas. Does anyone out there have a treatment that works for them? The itch is terrible, and I need relief!
It would be best to consult a skin specialist and discuss about immunosuppresant medications, and the role of UV therapy in your case.
