negative results but genital skin growths and hair loss

about 1 1/2 ago i had sex with a girl and the condom broke.  The next couple days after my anus itched and had  small cracks in the outer skin.  About a month after my penis developed a circular spot on the front side and a line of skin grew on the underside.  As time has gone by skin lines have grown on my penis and i have had slighty painful bowel movements.  About 1/2 year after i started having thinning hair and my scalp has been itching and i have seen significant hair loss.  I was tested for every std and all tests were negative.  I was wondering if it could be something like crohn's disease or skin virus? can parasites cause symptoms like this?  I am an athlete and am in great shape an don't focus or freak my self out about nothing. After this i have noticed these symptoms and i know that i had no marks on my penis or any of these symptoms prior.  The anus/scalp itching still continue and wavy lines on penis are still showing up and new ones form i have noticed. I have seen 3 doctors and they said it didnt look like hpv and to see a dermatolosit.  What could this be i just want to narrow down and try to finally figure it out after this long because doesn't sound like anything i have researched and the symptoms i have never had prior and they are very noticeable.

These don't sound like anything at all.  You had an incident that caused you to worry, and then you started looking at your penis and noticing things that mean nothing.  You've already spent way too much time worrying about this.  Please see a dermatologist, confirm that you have nothing wrong, and then if you're still anxious, consider counseling to help you get past this.

so your saying i went 19 years of my life with none of these symptoms and then after i had sex with that girl i have painful bowel movements and very noticeable skin line growths on my penis and thats just random?  i don't pay too close attention i just know my body and the symptoms
