Hello,
Yes you can apply Neosporin on the penis but only for certain penile conditions.It is used in infections in dermatologic disorders particularly where the lesions are moist or weeping and in bacterial skin diseases.

This is kind of embarasing, but.., I recently masturbated for the first time, and I used neosporin as a lube, and this morning I woke up and had a long ridge of tissue abridging upward, and I do not know what to do to make it go away, I am able to urinate, but I do not know what to do, please help.
