new spots fungus

how come everyday i get new burning pain spots on my palms reinfecting self areas? since i was on  moderate steroid recently just ended now started lamisal at  i had to use for 1 month for my feet which still came back. i have used lamisal at in hands in the past for 2 weeks it came back 2 days later. iam worrie d my whole summer will be no swimming.

Various reasons for recurrent or persistent fungal infection are incomplete treatment, treatment resistance, co-existing dermatitis, diabetes and low immunity. Treatment resistance can be overcome by applying a cream with a combination of antifungals (Clotrimazole 1%, Miconazole nitrate 2%, Tolnaftate 1% and Butenafine hydrochloride 1%). You can also take oral antifungals after consulting your dermatologist.
