new veinwave treatment for facial thread veins

hi,  i wondered if you could tell me how good this new veinwave treatment for facial thread veins.
i believe its relatively new and wondered how it compared to the many laser treatments out there. how
do you decide which laser treatment to try in the first place and there not cheap so you's want to get
it right.  
i would be very grateful if someone has tried veinwave and has a good result.as my face is really ruining my
life (no joke).
