nipple problem

i have an itchy nipple for almost 3 months, i'm scared to apply any cream, do u have a ny advise for me to use? and both my nipples have small bumps and if you  squeeze it white part is coming out...is this normal?

i am 26 years old...i haven't notice any skin changes , breast lump or nipple discharge..i'll try to apply calamine lotion and see what happens next..thanx

Have you noticed any abnormal features on breast self examination like skin changes, breast lump, nipple discharge , etc.

Apply calamine lotion to hep soothe the itching. You should wear lose clothes and take oral antihistamine medications and see if it helps with your symptoms.
