non -itchy rashes

My daughter is of 4years 6 months old. She came from school and I found rashes all over her body and more on face. They are non itchy rashes and its not even red in color rashs. I have used a johnson and johnson milk protien a day before. I use to use johnson and johnson blosoms soap. Is this any allergic reason for getting rashes or any food allergy.

Please suggest me...

Since this rash has appeared suddenly, it can be allergic reaction, viral rash or a bacterial infection. To confirm the diagnosis, I suggest you to get an evaluation done from a dermatologist. In such young children, diagnosis needs to be confirmed first and then specific treatment prescribed.
