non itchy bites ?

i have small bites,look like ant bites very red, non-itchy, no center , not raised. only on my lower legs 3 on one leg 4 on the other . i have no idea what they r ?

I cannot confirm without examination but it can be allergies, heat rash , contact dermatitis or dermatitis skin. Take some antihistaminic like Benadryl and apply some calamine lotion on the bites. Also apply some topical steroids and if the symptoms are severe then please consult a dermatologist as oral steroids may be needed.
