non itchy bumy rash

hi i have these bumpy rashes on my skin and i dont know what is it.it looks like a ringworm but its not itchy.i had them before but it always disappear.can somebody tell me.thanks

I can tell you what helped my skin when i did not know what to do, i bought mangosteen by pound on ebay mixed 6 teaspoons a day with some type of fruit juice split it up on at least 3 glass or 4  morn noon & night it continues to help tremendous cheap to and enhances flavor it is powder from tropical fruit not to be confused with mango its hard to beat mother nature on this one.

One possibility for your symptoms is granuloma annulare. Granuloma annulare is a chronic disease consisting of a rash with reddish bumps arranged in a circle or ring. Usually it is asymptomatic but due to cosmetic disfigurement topical or oral steroids may be needed. Please discuss this with your dermatologist.
