I have looked up flat warts and they seem to be similar to what i have.  Tonight, i had found a small portion on the right side of my lower back.  How did I get those? and how can i treat it or prevent it from spreading.  Is it dangerous? and would being in the sun make it worse?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
One of the causes for such non itchy tiny bumps on the leg is granuloma annulare. The other possibility is of flat warts. I suggest you a dermatologist’s evaluation because treatment is different for both.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
