not normal acne

I had a black dot on my jawline a few months back . it looked like a teeny blackhead so i took a tweezer to pull it out and  as i pulled on it ,my face  started to ache all the way up to my forhead . my complexion is usually clear, a zit here and there on my chin during my period but thats about it . well i continuted to mess with it and of course made it 10x worse . its cleard up now but has a bump underneath the new skin .  would this just be scar tissue ?

then the other day i started getting a zit right below my lower lip.  it was white  right away but as then swelling went down a black looking thng is there and its hard . it looks just like the  thing that was on my jawline. if i squezze it a lil a black thing sticks up out of it but im afaid to squeeze to hard . i do not want a mess on my face again.

i recently put up a bamboo fence and got several spinters in my hands and feet. is it possibly that these are splinters ?  i dont have dark hair around my bottom lip so i dont think it could be a hair . maybe just blackheads ? im just baffled because i dont get blackheads on my nose even that much and if i do they are not huge . any help would be so appreciated .

thank you both on answering the question .

all the swelling is down but there is still soits rerallmething in my lip , and on my lip .  i really dont think its a cold sore . ive not  had one before but im pretty sure it is . its really sore in just one spot of the area. i can pull on something and it aches so i stop . its black and look like a circle if you look really close.

i really hope im not starting to get adult acne. im suddenly getting zits/ingrown hairs in random places and its affecting my social life and just my overall self confidence.

maybe i need a round of tetracyclin

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
From the symptoms it looks like a blackhead. It is a yellowish or blackish bump or plug on the skin and is a type of acne vulgaris. It is caused by excess oils that have accumulated in the sebaceous gland's duct.

Cleanse the area thoroughly and apply a good mild exfoliating scrub on that. Apply a medicated cream or gel containing resorcinol, salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide. This helps is soaking the oil and helps in peeling away the blackheads. If benzoyl peroxide leaves your skin dry, apply an oil-free moisturizer after 10 mins of applying benzoyl peroxide.

If the symptoms still persist then please consult a dermatologist and get cysts ruled out. It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

It definately sounds like a blackhead, which can take a long time to heal.  When you initially extracted the blackhead bacteria was still below the surface, which then formed another blackhead.  Unfortunately, its festering and bacteria is spreading to other pores - the more you "extract" the worse it gets.  Instead, cleanse without scrubbing and use a spot treatment with benzoyl peroxide until it has cleared up.  Good luck!
