nummelar eczema

I don't even know if i really have Numelar Eczema, but based on the readings that i've had in google, i think i have it.

I have it on my left arm. it started like a "circular chicken skin swelling" bumps then later on it became itchy. after that it began to be an indefinite circular-ish shape. After that it was "crusting" because it became a wound.
eventually, it started spreading. all throughout my arm. i think i have 4 different "circles" of the eczema on my arm. it even extended to my right nipple! :(

I NEED HELP! I HAVE PICTURES TO SHOW, please i need help. It started during the cold months of autumn.

Sure does look like nummular eczema.Hydrocortisone creme helps,and you may need antibiotics too if it persists.
