about a year or so ago i relised i had a small brown spot/mark on my penis
i left it because i thought it would dissapear but it hasn't
it looks like a freckle
what is it? how can i remove it ?

From the symptoms it looks like a freckle or a lentigo. It is a small, sharply circumscribed, pigmented macule surrounded by normal-appearing skin.
You cannot remove them at home.Cryosurgery using liquid nitrogen and laser are the main treatment modalities. I would recommend a dermatologist’s consultation for this.
