odd bruise on theigh

ok so i dont why i have it, never had a injury but my leg has this odd web like bruise. it almost looks like a design. on the theigh its brown like a old bruise . been there for now 2 years. again never had a accident to cause it no cut ect.
please email me back i would like to know why its there.

The bruise like discoloration can be due to hyperpigmentation. This darkening occurs when an excess of melanin, the brown pigment that produces normal skin color, forms deposits in the skin.

Treatment involves hydroquinone, azelaic acid, corticosteroids, tretinoin cream and laser treatment. Please discuss these options with your dermatologist before using them.
