odd skin bump, not a zit/cyst/etc

Skin Growth is what seems like the closest...

I've had two small marks on my chest since time out of mind. I figured they were scars from something when I was real young. They're just two minuscule bumps of (I had assumed) slightly hard scar tissue. They've never been painful, or had any color than that of my skin pigmentation.

So I was a little worried when earlier today, I noticed a mild pain at the spot when I ran my hand over the area (Very mild pain to be honest, less than say, when you have a small pimple form), and then upon looking closer, noticed the bumps were slightly larger and more... scaley? I put a slight amount of pressure, and notice a very tiny drop of blood form at the edge of one of the bumps. They are still the same color as the rest of my skin.

I'm not hugely worried, as the pain is very mild, the blood was negligible, and may have just been because I was messing with it. It's just that they've been there for so long with none of this happening, has me thinking I may need to worry.

I've applied neosporin just in case.

Would love some input from someone who knows more than me.

Hello,
I cannot confirm anything without examination but from the symptoms it sounds like keloid scar.It results in an overgrowth of tissue at the site of a healed skin injury. Keloids are firm, rubbery lesions or shiny, fibrous nodules, and can vary from pink to flesh-colored or red to dark brown in color. They have the capability to hurt with a needle-like pain or to itch without warning.

Treatment consists of topical treatment, steroid injections, surgery, cryotherapy, radiation therpy or laser surgery.I would suggest a dermatologist’s evalauation as treatment is diagnosis specific.

Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional doubts.Kind regards.
