omg iam itchy

i get really really itchy all of a sudden in my one of my arms back legs bottom of my feet and hands it happens and then goes away after in wich  i get i bumpy and red it happens randomly help me im going insane!!!!

You might be suffering from allergic skin disease, most probably urticaria, commonly called hives. You are having repeated episodes, which may be related to allergy, stress (emotional/physical), heat, cold or exercise.

Most cases are mild and resolve on their own. However, some cases can be serious and you should consult a dermatologist, next time the rash appears.  He might give you some long term anti-allergic treatment –levocetrizine, loratidine or fexofinadine.
