oral melanotic macule

Thank you for the information. when i search for it at the web, yes, it is look exactly the same like mine. I hope this is not a skin cancer and I did tried to use razor to get it removed but it didnt work and the spot stay as it is. im so upset about this. So, i should consult a dermatology in my area? is there any side effect after the surgery? will it comes back?

Oral melanotic macule is a small, sharply circumscribed, pigmented macule surrounded by normal-appearing skin.
You cannot remove them at home. Cryosurgery using liquid nitrogen and laser are the main treatment modalities. It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided.
