I have had about 5 "blisters" on my butt for a couple months now and I have no idea what they are. I say blisters but they look like pimples and they do not itch or hurt. They are always there and do not go away. Even though they do not itch or hurt and seem to not be going away could they be herpes?
There can be a few possibilities like contact dermatitis, folliculitis, fungal infections, molluscum, impetigo or herpes sores. Treatment is different for all and examination is required to confirm the diagnosis. Without examination confirmation of a diagnosis is tough and so I sincerely advice you to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.
I hope it helps. Take care and please do keep me posted in case you have any additional doubts. Kind regards.
