Hi
Have this assessed by your dermatologist. These may be hyperpigmentation reaction associated with prolonged sun exposure. They may be freckles or moles. At this point, I can not give a definite diagnosis. Refrain from staying under the sun for long periods of time. If this can not be prevented , apply a generous amount of sunscreen on sun exposed areas .Use sun screen with SPF of at least 30 .
