painful itchy red rash

My 16 yr old daughter has developed a harsh, red rash which is very painful and itchy...it started in the soft tissue inside her elbow, and now has spread to all around her neck. We have tried benadryl, calamine lotion, aveeno, baking soda, caladryl, hydrocortizone creams, and everything else we can think of. HELP!

Such a painful itchy red rash that is spreading can be due to fungal infections, larva migrans, epidermolysis bullosa or hives/ allergies. Without examination, it is very difficult to confirm a diagnosis. So please get it evaluated from a dermatologist.
