I have had that problem off and on for a year. My sister had the same problem some yrs back, then started back with them some months ago again. They hurt pretty bad, have pus and blood in them and seem to go kinda deep. They were diagnosed by her drs and mine as staphStaph aureus food poisoning. My dr kept telling me to put hot compresses on it to help draw it to a head and use peroxide. Once they would open and drain and of course, keep using peroxide to heal the place, then another would come. I was given Keflex umpteen times. There is one type that is really resistant to anti-biotics. The dr told me when I went the first time that there was a lot of people having it. I found they can lance them, take a swab and have it checked to know what antibiotic to use. I have had one person tell me it is catching and another it is not. I called the health line of my insurance co. and an infectious disease dr., besides talking to my prmy dr. No one in my household has caught it so, I really don't think it is. It is a bacterial infection. Atleast, that is what mine and my sister's were and we had the same symptoms. I had it in the crease of my inner thigh. It was one of the larger ones that never drained all the way but cleared up after being on anti-biotics twice for that one area. Wish you the best.
