painless red bumps on genitals and inner thigh

Hi, i'm an 18 year old male, and i noticed a small red bump(approx 6mm) on the shaft of my penis about a week ago. after examining myself, i found 2 more on my scrotum and one on my inner thigh. they don't hurt, they don't itch. they're just there. should i be worried? could they be insect bites? Today i also noticed a small bump under my ear lobe on the right side of my head, but i don't think it's my lymph node. please help!

From the symptoms these small bumps  can be folliculitis, cysts , irritated hair follicles, warts or some benign skin growths.

Please keep the area clean and apply some warm compresses and topical antiseptics. Also use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove and avoid any kind of cosmetics. Topical antibiotics such as mupirocin or neomycin containing ointment are also useful. In case the symptoms persist then oral antibiotics may be needed. Please consult a dermatologist in that case.
