Each of these would require a separate treatment and the doctor can best help you. However at home it would be best that the skin is kept dry and unexposed to more such pressures
. Using Vaseline or any other petroleum jelly to defend the skin is also an idea. Further for itching he should use anti histamines. Using a lot of cosmetics, lotions on the skin may not be the best idea. there may be cross reactions in this case.
Further, if there is an extensive reactions, reddening, pain or recurrence, it would be best that you consult your doctor promptly and get this corrected.
